The church youth LOVED shooting video for Sunday's Pre-Service announcements, but had no one (and no time) to edit. The video here was wholly shot on a cell phone!
Once a year the church goes camping, and asked everyone to shoot stills or pictures. We received 800 pictures, chose, process and edited the best into this presentation.
For its Vacation Bible School, volunteers who weren't dealing with children were asked to shoot stills and video. This final edit let church folks and parents behind the scenes for that one special week.
A church's on-site school gathered up all the stills and video they had - added a few - and said "make something of all this." This is now on their website to introduce prospective parents to the school
The church's Youth shot this using their cell phones. We edited their work for a Sunday Morning Special.
This was shot entirely on cell phones.
This project was fun to put together.
This video was shot by church youth. We turned it around very quickly for a special Sunday service.
This content was shot by hospital staff, then edited for placement on their webpage.

How does this process work?
Write a ‘script.’ (Nothing formal, just a bare-bones thing so I know how the pieces fit together!) Let’s talk about that script and come up with a vision of the finished product. I’ll cut a proof. ou look at it. I make tweaks and changes at your direction. I’ll send the final product. You love it, you pay for it!
I’m going to shoot this on my cell phone. Any tips?
Oh yes! I know it looks really hip to hold your phone vertically when shooting. DON’T!! JUST.. DON’T!! HOLD YOUR PHONE HORIZONTALLY so that all the available image sensors are being used! Get close! Fill the frame with the images. Got a tripod? Use it! Shaky video is the sure sign of an amateur.
What's the best camera to shoot with?
Where is your audience going to see the video? If your video is meant for handheld devices, home computer screens, or lobby TVs, a newer cell phone camera is likely sufficient. But if you’re projecting onto a really big screen for a church or board room presentation, you’re apt to be disappointed! For those tasks, use a real video camera!
